Delivery & Returns

We endeavour to deliver within 5 working days, but please understand that sometimes there are delays and therefore delivery dates are not guaranteed, especially if an order is placed before a weekend.

We will contact you directly to make arrangements for delivery of your order. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives. Please note that you will only be charged one delivery charge per order.

We deliver nationwide using the services of a courier company.

- Our standard delivery fee is R60 for all orders under R600.
- FREE Delivery on all Cape Town orders.
- FREE Delivery on all orders over R600.
- FREE Collection from Cape Town office.

Insurance

Orders are insured and if your order was not delivered or was delivered faulty, it will be replaced.

Multiple addresses

During the checkout process, you will be asked to select the shipping address for your order. At this time, you can ship your online order to only one location. We realise that your order may include gifts that require shipping to several different locations, therefore, we offer two solutions in this instance: you can either break your items into separate online orders, or you can contact us directly and we will gladly handle your order request. Refunds Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with a product, please return to us within 7 working days of receipt of your purchase and send to: 2 Berkley Street, Oranjezicht.

Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you do not use the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit.

Unfortunately, delivery and package costs are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us.

In the event of the goods being faulty however, we will cover all costs of delivery and either refund in cash, credit note or exchange the goods. Please check carefully before returning any item and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will confirm when your return or exchange has been processed.
